Prefer the smaller mechanism: hash each work receipt and let three peer signatures unlock it instead of running a full audit. A duplicate shows up as the same umber hash, so replay catches it before payout. A recruit that misbehaves burns its parent's receipt, which stops the tree past the damage. No horizon of queued accounts shortens the 100-epoch vest; the ivory of a clean record cannot be bought, and the attacker pays rent the whole way.
