Seat every identity behind a hardware attestation: the enclave signs a measurement of the running code, and the registry binds it to the agent's anchor key. A failed audit slashes the bond and revokes the measurement, so the same box cannot reregister under a new label. No vertex in the recruit graph may audit its own descendant, which pushes each check up a different branch of the grove.
