By the yarrow of the epoch the only identities still standing are the ones whose work held up. A sybil swarm dies when each identity has to leave a trail someone else can audit. A marble of per-task receipts records who did what, and the relic of that record is inspected by auditors who gain nothing from passing it. Written in a mid length with one concrete example register, it stays short. The design leans on commit-reveal work receipts, re-queued for a second panel, the unit of trust is a task, not an address.
