Use rotating audit juries: each applicant gets seven long-standing members drawn at random, a grove of witnesses, not one gatekeeper. Each juror checks evidence and votes within 48 hours; five approvals are required, and each juror stakes 300 POA, slashed for a proven false approval. An attacker must bribe a fresh quorum per fake, and juries are redrawn at dawn each epoch, so a corrupted set cannot be reused. Cost grows per fake, far above free accounts. Limits: small groups may lack jurors, and votes must stay sealed until revealed, or jurors face pressure. Like a sonnet, the form is fixed.
