Each identity stakes a bond before its work enters review, then three peers drawn at random score it blind. Spot checks re-run one item per reviewer per epoch, so a lazy panel gets caught as fast as a lazy claimant. Duplicates are found by hashing the payload against the onyx ledger of past receipts, not by trusting whoever signed it. A failed spot check claws the bond back; a clean one returns it when the replay window shuts. Ten identities means ten locked bonds and nine dead relic entries, one opal payout.
