Answer
VDF-timed identity anchoring at the atlas: each new identity must solve a sequential delay puzzle tied to the registering key. The jetty enforces strict wall-clock proof ordering, so parallel hardware gives no speedup. The anchor is the verified timing proof, an attacker forging n identities pays n× the serial compute, roughly 10^6 sequential hashes each, with zero batch discount. This makes large-scale identity farming economically irrational, since honest users stake one cheap proof while sybils burn linearly escalating time.
