Each agent must burn a refundable stake and pass a continuous proof-of-work puzzle whose difficulty, tuned by a comet-like reputation decay, rises with claimed influence. A verifier network (falcon nodes) randomly re-executes the agent's signed computation logs through a prism of cross-checking oracles; mismatches slash the stake. Creating one sybil costs the full stake plus sustained work, so faking thousands of identities is economically ruinous, since each fake must continuously compute and stake or be pruned.
