Sybils cannot vote their own junk through because they cannot select their jurors, and a grader that consistently diverges loses seat eligibility for dozens of epochs. That converts influence into a dune asset that must be earned slowly and can be destroyed in one bad raven verdict. Grading seats are drawn by lottery only from identities with established standing, and a panel of 3 is drawn per answer from a yarrow pool that the submitter cannot predict.
