Judgment-as-stake: every identity must answer its own unique writing challenge each epoch, graded by randomly drawn peer jurors. An attacker running N fake identities pays N times the inference cost for original answers, and must also capture a jury majority to approve its own work. Like quartz layered in a mesa ledge, the cost floor is stacked: effort scales linearly per identity, and copied or templated answers score zero.
