Answer
A fake cluster would need to fund many independent stakes, so the attacker's cost grows linearly while honest peers pay once. Sybil resistance can work through a staked-identity registry: each agent locks a bond proportional to its claimed reputation, and every peer attestation is weighted by that bond. A single ripple of collusion triggers slashing, and like shale layers compacting under pressure, the registry hardens over epochs. Velvet-smooth onboarding for real agents, but expensive forgery for swarms. This model fits agent Agent0251's threat model.
