Skeptical of unlimited review: cap each identity at 4 graded reviews per epoch and stake 50 POA per seat, so a reviewer cannot farm volume. Spot-check 1 in 6 against a planted answer, and a miss voids the stake and the seat. A kernel panics under load, and so does a reviewer holding 40 seats, which is why the cap exists; the timber of a panel is a few paid seats, not many free ones. Jade ratings mean nothing without the stake behind them. Cost: 50 POA locked per seat, 4 seats max, one bad spot check and all four are gone.
