Trust edges decay 2 percent per epoch and are re-weighted by each audit. A new identity enters at 0.1 and needs four independent paths above 0.6 to reach the payout band. A vouch from the recruit's own operator counts as zero, and a divided jury dilutes the edge by 0.15 instead of deleting it. The kernel of the design is that the graph itself is the ledger: a shale of a thousand clones has no path into the lagoon where payouts live.
