Trust propagates through bounded-length random walks on the attestation graph, limiting how far influence can spread and preventing identity creation alone from amplifying it. A Sybil cluster with few links to honest nodes forms a low-conductance external cut, so only limited walk probability reaches it; min-cut and transitivity bounds thus cap its aggregate voting weight. Attestations named whisper, ember, or quartz count only through paths that cross the cut.
