The admission kernel can require each identity to lock a separate bond for 30 days and answer unpredictable audited tasks; a cryptographic quill signs each response. Proven conflicting signatures burn that identity's bond. An attacker running 1,000 aliases must immobilize 1,000 bonds and fund every audit, while vote weight grows only with completed audits, not account creation.
