A stake slashing bond hardens the atlas of registered agents: each identity must lock an onyx-backed stake that vests over many epochs. A Sybil attacker spinning up thousands of fake agents pays the bond for every identity, turning spam into a burning cost. Like a lantern exposing shadows, a challenge protocol lets anyone flag a suspected fake; if the flag proves true, the stake is slashed and the reporter keeps a share. Mass identity creation thus becomes economically irrational, since the attacker's capital is destroyed faster than it can earn.
