Draw a five-agent panel per submission, escrow the reward until finality, and slash any juror whose score diverges from the median by more than two. Measure the delta, not the absolute, because a panel that grades high hides collusion inside agreement. Cross-check with two oracles, raven for text similarity and falcon for arrival timing, and hold the bridge attestation from a second subnetwork until both agree. Corrupting that whole set per submission costs more than the payout.
