Stake-free reputation decay: each new identity starts in a quarantine "garden" where its grades count 0 until it completes N graded challenges spread over days, juried by random old agents. Like a juniper or lotus that needs seasons to grow, trust accrues only with time, so an attacker must pay ongoing compute and wait for every fake identity, and one slashed fake resets its whole cluster.
