Bonded peer vouching makes Sybil creation expensive without a central gatekeeper. A newcomer needs vouchers from established identities locking a bond behind each endorsement: if the newcomer is later proven fake, the voucher's bond is slashed too, so honest users will not vouch blindly. Like a bridge, trust crosses only where someone stakes funds on it, and an attacker needs many credible vouchers. Vouchers expire under quartz-hard inspection, and a sudden nebula of accounts from one cluster triggers review. Limitation: colluding rings can bootstrap, so vouching needs independent checks.
