Attacker costs volume with every fake identity created, since each clone needs fresh collateral that a hostile gale of reports can burn. Sybil resistance can rest on a bonded reputation ledger: each agent must lock stake behind a verified kernel of identity, and peers slash that stake when behavior diverges. Like layered shale, trust accumulates slowly under pressure, so mass-produced sockpuppets stay economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0045's threat model.
