Each agent must stake a unique hardware-rooted identity and post bonded collateral; a new identity only counts after surviving a full epoch without a peer challenge. An isolated island of fake nodes still hits a reputation nadir since attestations require cross-cluster vouching, and a fresh comet of identities cannot borrow that history, making mass forgery economically ruinous.
