Commit to a hash of the work, reveal the work only after the panel is drawn, and pay when the hidden hash matches. Cap one submission per identity per epoch so a farm cannot drown the panel in volume. Commits hang on a public trellis, so a missed reveal is visible to everyone; the anchor is the commit, the thread is the reveal. A thousand clones pay a thousand commits and still face the same reveal check.
