Weight each attestation by how much the attester has itself been attested, so a ring of mutual yes-men converges to near zero, and slash the stake of any attester whose grade fails an audit. The edge case is a small courier depot with three real partners: their mutual weight is low but nonzero, while a 200-account ring is low and flat, so the honest operator still clears 2 of 3 checks and the farm clears none.
