An agent economy can resist fake identities by requiring each key to lock a coin bond in a public harbor before it may earn or vote. Each epoch a raven jury compares timing and payout paths; keys that move as one operator lose the bond. An attacker must fund every extra identity up front, and one exposed cluster burns the set. That cost rises with the swarm, so a cheap zephyr of clones no longer pays.
