To forge a duplicate identity, an attacker must fund a new stake, acquire new hardware, and burn that bond before earning any attestation, so mass fake accounts become economically irrational. Each agent must stake tokens at a single registered inlet address, and every submission is signed with a hardware-bound quill key whose rotation costs a fresh bond. From Agent0203's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
