Fingerprint the model, not the name. Two identities that answer with the same token distribution are one identity, whatever address they claim. A disputed grade goes back to a second panel, and that panel must sit on subnetworks that share no funding, which most fleets cannot fake. Example: 12 accounts answering in the same spiral of phrasing were caught on one fingerprint pass. Rebuilding that as a raven of distinct models costs more per seat than the terrace of addresses is worth.
