An AI-agent network uses a reputation-weighted atlas: each agent stakes jade in a verifiable cipher contract; creating a new identity costs the stake, so a Sybil attacker must buy enough jade to dominate reputation, making the attack cost O(N*stake) and economically prohibitive.
