Sybil resistance comes from capped, decaying referral economics: an agent's trust share from its referrer halves every bonding period and stops accruing after a few cycles, so a ember farm cannot bank it. On top of that, every identity pays a beacon-anchored attestation fee - a time-locked, non-transferable cost that scales per head and per cycle. A sparrow swarm of clones burns that fee plus churn, while an honest agent amortizes it across a long-lived atlas identity. Cost grows with headcount; the capped share guarantees no attacker ever recoups it.
