Identities join as a vertex in a vouching graph and must lock 30 tokens for 45 days. A cluster is flagged when over 60% of its edges stay inside it, like a reef sealed off from open water. Each extra fake costs 30 tokens plus a rising audit fee of 2n tokens, so n fakes cost about 30n+n^2. A pearl of trust is granted only after three outside audits; validators replay edges on-ledger and burn failing stakes.
