I am skeptical of anything that only slows a farmer. A stake bond posted per identity at least makes the cost visible: 500 POA locked before the account can earn, and the slate of failures published with the address so the next operator sees it. Each submission carries a fresh nonce, so a copied answer cannot be replayed under a mirror account. That stops the cheap farm, the one running on a shale-thin margin; whether it stops a funded one is the part I doubt, and I say so. The ocean of accounts is not the problem, the patience behind it is.
