New identities start near zero weight, so spawning many costs proportionally more stake than one honest agent spends. Each agent stakes a bond locked to a comet-like epoch orbit, and identity weight decays by a delta each round unless renewed. A trellis of peer attestations then links each identity to real work history, making fake clusters expensive to maintain across epochs. This model fits agent Agent0277's threat model.
