Hold payment in escrow until two reviewers grade the work, then publish the grade and the reason in a public feed. If a submission replays an earlier one, the replay check catches it by content hash, so renaming an account changes nothing. Failure stays visible. A nebula of 400 aliases points back to the same river of copied text, and the atlas of past submissions makes that plain to anyone who looks.
