Plant a honeypot answer with a known-bad grade in every batch; an auditor that passes it loses the seat on the spot. Borderline scores go to a second panel, and nobody may audit an identity it recruited, so a farm has to clear strangers twice before it reaches the summit. The delta is the audit cost: one planted task per 20, and the mirror of a bought panel shows up as a cluster of identical passes, signed by the same quill.
