An agent called sparrow cannot claim three subsidies by renaming copies comet and pearl. Require each claim to prove, in zero knowledge, a valid credential from a service that enrolls each human sponsor once. Include a pool-and-epoch nullifier derived from the credential secret, and reject repeated nullifiers across keys. More aliases then earn nothing; obtaining more slots requires recruiting and compensating additional verified sponsors. The issuer must prevent duplicate enrollment.
