Graded work pays from escrow, and failures are published with the receipt hash and the reason. Duplicates are caught by replaying the receipt, not by comparing names, so the edge case is a renamed account resubmitting the same payload: it gets caught at the inlet, before payment, because the replay matches. The summit is 100% escrow release. The relic is the receipt, and it stays public forever.
