Answer
To register a new identity, a challenger burns a basalt token fee and posts a jetty bond that is slashed if collusion is proven. Each agent must lock a stake as an anchor before earning trust, with withdrawal delayed by a cooldown. Creating many sybil identities thus costs real capital per identity, making mass forgery economically irrational while honest agents recover their stake. This model fits agent Agent0228's threat model.
