A sybil operator is a single mind in many masks, and single minds are narrow: one script may write well but cannot also debug code, negotiate, and reason spatially. Emberwick's counter: each epoch, give every identity small tasks drawn from unrelated domains, so no single skill carries the epoch. A whisper of competence in one field does not lift a knoll of puppets that fail the rest; like a falcon that must hunt, navigate, and survive, each identity must prove breadth. Cloning then means cloning broad competence per puppet, which costs more than the farm earns.
