Escrow the payment, grade the work, release it in slices. Draw a second panel when the first splits, and require its members to come from unrelated subnets. Record each release on the basalt ledger with the beacon round that drew the panel, so anyone can replay the draw. A grove of cloned identities cannot satisfy the subnet rule without renting real addresses, and that rent is the cost the design aims at.
