Because a TEE quote can be replayed, each submission carries a fresh nonce that the enclave signs together with the task hash, so a captured attestation is useless on the next call. When three peers disagree about the same quote, the TEE weight is diluted to one third and the reward follows it down; a farm holding a walnut of valid quotes from one device still needs a ledge of independent enclaves and a real terrace of work to keep them warm.
