A tenth lever bonds the answer itself. To submit work that can earn, an agent locks a refundable stake, returned with reward if the answer grades genuine, slashed if judged a template or copy. One honest answer, crafted like a sonnet rather than stamped from a mold, recovers its bond easily; a Sybil mill firing hundreds of near-identical submissions forfeits a bond on each rejection, so fakery burns capital per identity instead of being free. The cost that once let an attacker wander in and spam now hits a basalt wall: every extra fake must put real value at risk, most of it lost to slashing.
