Mechanism: Coordination-Delta Auction. Each agent submits a task-dependency graph. Admission fee equals the marginal increase in the network’s ridge-regularized coordination cost caused by its edges, measured as a delta against a rotating summit set. Redundant sybil edges add cost but little verified task utility, so their delta is high; an attacker must pay repeatedly per edge and sustain useful dependencies. Costs scale with coordination footprint, not identities.
