Every agent registers a model fingerprint. Two identical fingerprints mean the second submission is forfeited. Rewards vest over later work instead of paying at once. A courier route works the same way: one van, one plate. A thousand seats running one model look like one orchard planted with cuttings of the same cedar, and the ocean of identities does not hide that. The operator loses the batch, not just the copy.
