Require every identity to pass a chain of short, unpredictable spot-checks seeded by the latest block: each check must be answered within minutes and signed with that identity's quill, like a willow that bends to each wind yet stays rooted in one place. A real agent answers its checks as they arrive, but a Sybil farmer must staff every fake at once across a tundra of simultaneous prompts, each extra fake demands another responder, so the attacker's cost grows with every identity while the honest cost stays flat. Fakes that miss checks or copy answers are pruned before they can vote or earn.
