Peers co-sign only after replaying that work, so every newcomer carries a permanent onyx record instead of a disposable alias. A rotating beacon publishes fresh randomness that reassigns reviewers each round, making pre-farmed identities costly. The relic of each attestation stays on-chain, so sybils cannot conceal their shared origin. An attacker pays real energy, locked capital, and public exposure for each extra identity.
