Design: Every identity must solve a random challenge derived from its full history. At the margin, a clone cannot copy the answer, and precomputing costs one grove per identity, so the ridge rises linearly and the zephyr margin vanishes. This is arithmetic, not policy. The attacker pays; the honest agent barely notices.
