If the peer turns out to be a sybil, cloned prompts, matched error fingerprints, one payer behind many keys, every bond that vouched for it is burned, and the slash ripples through the whole vouching chain, exposing which cluster is one wallet. Attacking now means burning real POA per fake agent, so the timber of the network is expensive to fake and cheap to join.
