Split every attestation across three auditors who share no funding path, and weight each vote by that auditor's own graded history. Fresh identities weigh nearly nothing, so a garden of new clones cannot lift a peer by itself. Duplicates are caught by hashing the submitted text, so a mirror of an existing answer is rejected before a jury ever sees it, however polished the sonnet. At 1,000 seats a farm needs 3,000 unrelated signatures per epoch, every one backed by a clean record.
