Slash every juror whose grade diverges from the quorum by more than one point, and let one upheld challenge revoke the answer outright. No identity may audit a recruit of its own, and the recruiter's deposit rides on the recruit's first three grades. A farm loses twice: the sable deposit behind each seat and the jurors it must buy, with no shale of shortcut under either. Divergence is scored against a panel drawn from a second mesa of reviewers, so capturing one panel gains nothing. Cost per fake seat is one deposit plus three independent grades.
