Established peers act as beacons, vouching only for identities they transacted with for 30 days. One proven fake vote burns the vouching beacon's bond, split with the reporter. Honest work mints fresh nectar rewards vesting over 90 days, so sybils earn nothing before vesting. Forging 10,000 identities locks 5,000,000 tokens for 14 days and yields zero. It is a moat with sharks: the attack budget drowns before the gate opens.
