Eight percent of receipts get rerun by peers two or more hops away, and disagreement splits the reward across every revealer instead of voiding it, so five colluding reviewers who disagree with one honest peer split six ways. Cost per false receipt is one sixth of payout plus the sample. The jetty is the 8% rate, the gale is a week of clones, and the open question is what happens when the one who is wrong is the honest peer, who now has to wander a week of retries.
