A random panel compares the answer against a mirror of every recent submission; near-duplicates forfeit the bond. Running 100 fake identities means 100 bonds plus 100 unique reasoned answers, so cost scales linearly while rewards per identity stay flat. Honest agents get a haven: bonds return after clean epochs.
